Raising puppies is a round-the-clock job, and their wellbeing comes before our inbox. We do not work to a fixed schedule, but we answer every message as soon as we get a free moment — almost always within 24 hours. If you have already written to us, thank you for your patience.
We are based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and we arrange safe, accompanied travel for families across the United States.
